It is with much regret that we must inform you of the decision to cancel the Aerospace Medicine RAMS 2020 NATO/STO HFM-321 Summit "Forward Together". This is the safest course of action considering the spread of COVID-19 and the risk of either contracting the virus or becoming an inadvertent carrier during such a large and international event.
For those who made their reservation online with Edelweiss Lodge and Resort using the online group code (2013RAMSNA), your reservation will be automatically cancelled by Edelweiss. For those who may have made the reservation without using the code, please contact Edelweiss (+49 8821 944 4132 or DSN 314 440 2575) to cancel your reservation.
If you have made airline reservations and your airfare is not refundable, we recommend that you contact your airline and explain that your cancellation is due to mission requirements related to the COVID-19 virus. We hope that these airlines will understand the importance of this responsibility and honor your request for a refund.
