Apr 2014 Newsletter Time is flying as we implement the decisions taken by the STB during its Spring Meeting. In the coming days, a workshop is being organized on our road toward defining NATO S&T priorities. Activities in the coming weeks will also be key to generating the content of the 2015 Maritime S&T Business Plan, including a way forward for the research vessels.
Looking at the activities reported by the executive bodies in this newsletter, I can only say that STB decisions are being implemented and that the STO is delivering on the objectives of the NATO S&T Reform. During their upcoming meeting, your Ministers will be presented a Reform status update, with the STO continuing to be "in the green"...

Feb 2014 Newsletter A few weeks ago we met in Neuilly-sur-Seine and in Brussels for our important Spring STB meetings. We laid the foundation for the programmes of work of 2015 and agreed how to elaborate further strategic guidance for NATO S&T.

January 2014 Newsletter This is our first newsletter of 2014, which promises to be yet another landmark year in our young existence.
Looking forward to 2014, several major NATO events are on the horizon. September 2014 will see a NATO Summit and the change of NATO leadership, with a new Secretary-General taking office also during the fall of this year. 2014 also marks the end-phase of NATO operations in Afghanistan and the shift in focus of NATO from the shorter term to the longer term. The latter is an opportunity for our S&T community; S&T being a natural player in defining and addressing the longer term. ...
