Browsing the STO Website
The website has been designed to provide easier access to relevant information. The site is structured to provide access to information upon what is available to the general public.
- Publications search: I launched a search, the wheel spins on the screen, and nothing happens.
Solution: it is better not to log on to get better search results. If you have already logged on, log off then launch the publications search again, this should solve your issue.
- Unwanted notifications: I ticked the box to get notifications of new publications but I do not want these notifications any longer.
Solution: log on to the STO website then click My Page. From this page, click Manage Alerts then Manage Existing Notification Alerts to cancel alerts from the popup window.
